Jailed.info does not respond. Not an error page, not a parking page — the connection simply times out. We are careful about the wording because it matters: we can tell you nothing is being served, and we cannot tell you what, if anything, is behind it. What this site was

It launched in December 2019 as a for-profit site publishing arrest information and booking photographs collected from county sheriff's offices.
It scaled fast. The volumes reported for its first two months were 12,547 records in December 2019 rising to 90,126 in January 2020 — a sevenfold increase in a month, which tells you it was ingesting automatically rather than curating.
Removal, when it operated, was free. You emailed the site with your full name, state and county, and documentation that the case was expunged, dismissed, not processed, not guilty or sealed. Attorney letters were accepted. There is no evidence it ever charged.
Almost everything known about this site comes from a single removal vendor's guide. No press coverage, litigation, regulatory action or corporate registration naming it could be found. For a site that published 90,000 records in a month, that is a remarkably thin public record.
When it stopped is not established. No source dates its shutdown, and the two vendor pages selling removal from it were last revised in 2021 and 2022 — before, on any account, it went dark.

One offers what it calls a hundred-per-cent guarantee that its solution will get you off Jailed.info, and says it takes one to five business days, covering the site plus Google and other search engines. Its page was last revised in 2021; only the copyright line is current.

The other advertises a money-back guarantee, a decade in business and ten thousand clients served, and republishes the site's own removal instructions from when it was operating. Its page was last revised in 2022.

This is the thinnest aftermarket of the dead sites in this list — two pages, both years old, both still live and both still selling.

Where Google comes into it

Nothing at the source to de-index. The exploitative-removal policy is not available, because its trigger is a site requiring payment and this site requires nothing — it does nothing. If a stale result survives, the refresh tool is the correct and free route.

Do not pay for removal from this site. Any guarantee about it is a guarantee about a host that does not answer.
Note the shape of that guarantee, because you will meet it again: promising to get you off a site that serves nothing is a promise that cannot fail. It is worth nothing precisely because it cannot fail.
